a) End-to-end client management on calls.

b) Handing the process of all increasing the bids in the auction.

c) Relationship building with clients.

d) Stakeholder management

e) Processing inquiries generated through telesales.

f) Responding to queries of clients and giving timely support when requested.

g) Coordinating with the operation team to ensure timely response to inquiries.

h) Dealer Relationship management related activities.
